Pipe maker Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. opened its third facility in northern California, this time a stocking and distribution yard in Alviso to increase the supply of its products for managing storm water and sanitary sewers in the Silicon Valley.

The region has seen continual infrastructure development, due in large part to the growing technology sector, according to Bob Klein, ADS’s executive vice president of customer relations. The Alviso facility is in keeping with the manufacturer’s strategy to support customer needs with a presence in the markets it serves.

ADS also operates a supply yard in Benicia and a manufacturing plant in Madera in northern California.

As the world’s largest producer of corrugated high density polyethylene pipe, ADS has a global network made up of 58 manufacturing facilities and 29 service yards.
